1. ABOUT THE PROGRAM

The Wild Wholistic Loyalty Program ("Program") is a rewards program operated by Wild Wholistic Inc., a Wyoming corporation with its principal place of business at 525 Randall Ave, Ste 100 PMB 757, Cheyenne, WY 82001 ("Wild Wholistic," "we," "us," or "our").

The Program allows eligible customers to earn points through qualifying purchases and actions, and to redeem those points for store credit toward future purchases on wildwholistic.com. Specific earning actions, point values, redemption rates, tier structures, and benefits are detailed in the member's loyalty account dashboard and on the Wild Wholistic Loyalty Program page at wildwholistic.com. All program details are subject to change at Wild Wholistic's sole discretion at any time.

2. ELIGIBILITY

2.1 The Program is open to individuals who are 18 years of age or older and have created an account on wildwholistic.com.

2.2 The Program is available for personal use only. Participation for commercial resale purposes or on behalf of a business is not permitted. Practitioners and wholesale partners should refer to the Wild Wholistic Practitioner Program for applicable benefits.

2.3 Wild Wholistic reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate Program participation for any individual at its sole discretion.

3. ENROLLMENT

3.1 Enrollment in the Program is free and automatic upon creation of an account on wildwholistic.com.

3.2 Only one account per person is permitted. Duplicate accounts may be merged or terminated at Wild Wholistic's discretion and any points associated with duplicate accounts may be forfeited.

4. EARNING POINTS

4.1 Members earn points through qualifying purchases and actions as detailed in their loyalty account dashboard and on the Wild Wholistic Loyalty Program page. Point values, qualifying actions, and earning rates are subject to change at any time at Wild Wholistic's sole discretion.

4.2 Points are credited to a member's account after the qualifying action is verified. Purchase points are credited after the order is fulfilled and the return window has passed.

4.3 Points are not earned on taxes, shipping charges, gift cards, or amounts paid using store credit or discount codes.

4.4 Wild Wholistic reserves the right to add, modify, or remove earning actions and their associated point values at any time without prior notice.

5. SOCIAL CONTENT SUBMISSIONS

5.1 Members may earn points by creating and submitting social media content featuring Wild Wholistic products. Specific point values for social content actions are detailed in the loyalty account dashboard and are subject to change.

5.2 To claim points for social content actions including feed posts, stories, reels, and video testimonials, members must submit their post link or screenshot to community@wildwholistic.com within 24 hours of posting for stories and within 30 days of posting for all other content.

5.3 All submitted content must meet the following requirements to qualify for points:

Content must be original and created by the submitting member. Content must visibly tag Wild Wholistic using the handle @wild.wholistic. Content must comply with Wild Wholistic's content guidelines including FTC disclosure requirements and the prohibition on medical claims, disease claims, or guaranteed outcome claims.Content must be publicly visible on the member's account at the time of submission and must remain publicly visible indefinitely following the date points are awarded. Wild Wholistic reserves the right to revoke points or deduct equivalent points from the member's account if submitted content is deleted, archived, set to private, or otherwise made inaccessible at any time following points being awarded. Members are responsible for ensuring their account remains public and the submitted content remains accessible. Content that is removed by the platform for any reason does not exempt the member from this requirement and points may be revoked at Wild Wholistic's discretion. Wild Wholistic acknowledges that platform-level removals outside the member's control will be considered on a case by case basis at Wild Wholistic's sole discretion. 

5.4 Wild Wholistic reserves the right to determine in its sole discretion whether submitted content qualifies for points and which tier of points applies based on the content type and whether it features Wild Wholistic products exclusively or alongside other brands. Members acknowledge that different content types and configurations may earn different point values as detailed in the loyalty dashboard.

5.5 Points for social content submissions are awarded within 5 business days of submission and verification.

5.6 Wild Wholistic may at its sole discretion award additional points for content that is selected for reposting, featuring, or use in marketing materials. Such additional awards are entirely discretionary and do not constitute an obligation or entitlement.

6. CONTENT USAGE RIGHTS

6.1 By submitting content to claim loyalty points, including but not limited to feed posts, stories, reels, and video testimonials, member grants Wild Wholistic Inc. a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, edit, modify, adapt, publish, display, distribute, broadcast, and create derivative works from the submitted content for any purpose, including but not limited to:

Social media platforms. Paid advertising and promoted content. Website and digital platforms. Email and SMS marketing. Print and offline advertising. Any other commercial or non-commercial purpose at Wild Wholistic's discretion.

6.2 This license is granted without any further compensation, credit, notification, or approval required beyond the points awarded at the time of submission.

6.3 Member waives any moral rights or similar rights in submitted content to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

6.4 By submitting content, member represents and warrants that the content is original, that member is the sole creator and owner of the content, that the content does not infringe any third-party intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights, and that member has full authority to grant the license described in this Section.

6.5 Wild Wholistic reserves the right to decline to use any submitted content at its sole discretion.

7. MEMBERSHIP TIERS

7.1 The Program includes membership tiers based on cumulative qualifying spend at wildwholistic.com. Tier names, spend thresholds, point multipliers, and benefits are detailed on the Wild Wholistic Loyalty Program page and in the member's loyalty account dashboard.

7.2 Tier status is calculated based on cumulative qualifying spend excluding taxes, shipping, amounts paid with store credit, and refunded orders.

7.3 Wild Wholistic reserves the right to modify, add, or remove tier names, thresholds, benefits, and multipliers at any time. Members will be notified of material changes through their account or by email.

8. REDEEMING POINTS

8.1 Points may be redeemed for store credit toward qualifying purchases at wildwholistic.com. Redemption thresholds and store credit values are detailed in the member's loyalty account dashboard and are subject to change at Wild Wholistic's discretion.

8.2 Points have no cash value and may not be transferred, sold, or exchanged for cash under any circumstances.

8.3 Store credit earned through point redemption may not be combined with other discount codes unless expressly permitted at checkout.

8.4 Wild Wholistic reserves the right to limit the amount of store credit that may be applied to a single order.

8.5 Points and store credit do not constitute property of the member and confer no vested rights of any kind.

9. POINTS EXPIRATION

9.1 Points expire after 12 months of account inactivity. Account inactivity is defined as no qualifying purchase, no points earned, and no points redeemed for a consecutive 12-month period.

9.2 Wild Wholistic reserves the right to modify the expiration policy at any time with reasonable notice to members.

10. PROHIBITED CONDUCT

10.1 Members may not engage in any of the following conduct in connection with the Program:

Creating multiple accounts to earn additional points. Purchasing and returning products for the purpose of earning and retaining points. Submitting content created by another person as their own. Making non-compliant claims about Wild Wholistic products in submitted content. Using automated tools, bots, or scripts to generate points. Selling, transferring, or attempting to monetize points or store credit. Any other conduct intended to manipulate, abuse, or defraud the Program.

10.2 Wild Wholistic reserves the right to investigate suspected abuse and to suspend, terminate, or adjust a member's account and points balance accordingly.

10.3 Points earned through prohibited conduct will be forfeited. Store credit redeemed through prohibited conduct may result in account termination and recovery of the value of the store credit used.

11. PROGRAM MODIFICATIONS AND TERMINATION

11.1 Wild Wholistic reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program or any aspect of it at any time, with or without prior notice, including but not limited to changes to earning actions, point values, redemption rates, tier structures, benefits, and expiration policies.

11.2 Wild Wholistic reserves the right to cancel, limit, or modify any member's participation in the Program at any time.

11.3 In the event of Program termination, Wild Wholistic will use reasonable efforts to provide notice to members and a reasonable redemption period for outstanding points where practicable. Wild Wholistic is not obligated to provide any compensation for unused points or store credit in the event of Program termination.

11.4 Continued participation in the Program following any modification constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

12. ACCOUNT TERMINATION

12.1 Wild Wholistic reserves the right to suspend or terminate any member's participation in the Program at any time, with or without cause, including for violation of these terms, abuse of the Program, or conduct that harms Wild Wholistic's brand or reputation.

12.2 Upon termination, all accumulated points and store credit balances are forfeited with no compensation owed.

13. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

13.1 Wild Wholistic shall not be liable for any failure to credit points due to technical errors, system outages, or third-party platform failures including but not limited to the loyalty platform provider.

13.2 Wild Wholistic shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from participation in or inability to participate in the Program.

13.3 Wild Wholistic's total liability to any member in connection with the Program shall not exceed the value of the points at issue.

14. GENERAL PROVISIONS

14.1 Entire Agreement. These terms constitute the entire agreement between Wild Wholistic and Program members with respect to the Program and supersede all prior discussions or agreements.

14.2 Amendment. Wild Wholistic reserves the right to update these terms at any time. The current version will always be available at wildwholistic.com. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

14.3 Governing Law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming without regard to conflict of law principles.

14.4 Severability. If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable the remaining provisions continue in full force.

14.5 No Property Rights. Points and store credit have no cash value, do not constitute property of the member, and may not be the subject of any legal claim.

14.6 No Agency. Participation in the Program does not create any employment, agency, partnership, or joint venture relationship between the member and Wild Wholistic.
