Wild Wholistic 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee & Return Policy
At Wild Wholistic, we understand that wellness is personal, and we want you to feel fully confident in your purchase. To support your experience, we offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on eligible purchases made directly through www.wildwholistic.com.
If you feel that a product is not the right fit for you, you may request a refund for your first product within 30 days of the carrier-confirmed delivery date. To submit a request, please email hello@wildwholistic.com
This satisfaction guarantee applies to one product per customer, per household, and per shipping address, and only one item from an order qualifies for a refund. If multiple products are purchased in a single order, only one product from that order is eligible.
This guarantee applies only to products purchased directly from www.wildwholistic.com. Orders placed through retailers, distributors, or third-party marketplaces are not eligible. Subscription orders, bundles, sets, multi-product packages, gift cards, promotional items, complimentary products, sale items, and limited-edition releases are not eligible for refunds. Requests submitted after the 30-day period will not qualify.
Refunds are issued to the original form of payment only and cannot be processed if the original payment method is no longer available. Shipping, handling, duties, insurance, and similar charges are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund amount. Refunds reflect the price paid for the product at the time of purchase and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your financial institution.
If you prefer to return your order rather than request a satisfaction refund, unopened products may be returned within 30 days of delivery provided that all items are unused, sealed, and in resellable condition in their original packaging. Once approved, instructions will be provided for sending the items back. After inspection, a refund will be issued to the original form of payment, minus original shipping costs and any return shipping label fees. Returns are only available for orders shipped within Canada or the United States. International orders are not eligible for returns. If returned items are opened, used, or not in resellable condition, the return will not qualify for a refund.

Wild Wholistic reserves the right to deny refund or return requests in cases of suspected misuse, abuse, or fraudulent activity, and reserves the right to verify customer and order information when reviewing requests. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to this Return & Satisfaction Policy.

Shipping Policy
Wild Wholistic partners with trusted third-party carriers to deliver your order safely. Once an order leaves our fulfillment facility and is handed to the shipping carrier, delivery is managed directly by the carrier.
Shipping timelines displayed at checkout are estimates only and do not include order processing time. Orders placed before 6:00 AM EST on business days are typically processed the same day. Orders placed after this cutoff time will be processed on the next business day. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays, and fulfillment resumes on the next business day. Delivery times are determined by the shipping carrier and may be affected by weather, customs processing, or other external factors. These circumstances are outside of Wild Wholistic’s control, and we are not responsible for carrier-related delays once an order has been shipped.
Shipping protection may be offered at checkout and is recommended to safeguard your order against loss or damage during transit. If shipping protection is declined, Wild Wholistic is not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or damaged once they are in transit.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, delivery refusal, or failed delivery attempts, we will contact you with available options. You may choose either a refund for the product amount, excluding original shipping fees, or reshipment after payment of a new shipping fee.
If a shipment is refused at delivery, any return shipping or carrier fees incurred will be deducted from the refund once the package is received back.
Wild Wholistic is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance for international shipments.
