I originally got this for my daughter who has been having histamine issues with food and seasonal allergies. However, my husband who has dealt with severe seasonal allergies his whole life is why I’m writing this review. He has done everything from allergy shots, all the over the counter allergy medicines to living off Benadryl every spring and fall. Just so he can have some what of a relief. When he has an episode he is usually down and out a few days recovering. He is so miserable. Well spring is here and he had a rough allergy day. I convinced him to try it and within an hour his symptoms had improved significantly! He was amazed and said he has NEVER had this kind of relief before and so quickly. I was so excited for him! He has to double the dose but he feels so much better and isn’t trying to recover for days. I’m so happy we have something where he can get relief and keep on top of his and my daughters histamine issues. I saw quick improvements with my daughters issues and was a believer but my husbands testimony is the cherry on top.

while my seasonal allergies aren’t as severe as my husband’s..my sensitivity to certain fragrances or environments, in general, is quite high. we will both take these drops before going to social gatherings and they help us combat a myriad of triggers such as cigarette smoke, perfume and laundry detergent when we hug people. we also drove from illinois to arizona and back, last fall, and took these drops religiously and we had almost no allergies. whereas, in the past, we fought them our entire vacation. we also rotate this in during acute illness to take the edge off of symptoms. i’m not sure there’s anything that this tincture couldn’t help with. we absolutely love them!!

My husband suffers from terrible seasonal allergies. He normally takes HistaEze twice a day. This year, he was getting little relief from the HistaEze, so we decided to try something else. My 2 year old son was also showing mild signs of seasonal allergies, so we gave him 2 doses over two days. His sniffles and water eyes cleared up and he hasn't need anything else since.

I love how much Settle & Soothe has helped me in my healing journey!
