Adults take 10 drops, approx 1/2 dropper up to 3 times a day if needed or as per the advice of their doctor.
Kids take 1 drop per 10lb of body weight up to 3 times a day if needed or as per the advice of their doctor.
You can take it directly on the tongue or mix with water or tea. Shake well before use.

I can’t live without this product!!
I’ve been using this for a few days with good results for one of my kids who has frequent morning congestion. I am using a lower dose and only twice a day (start low and slow as they say!) and my child has not been as congested and isn’t itching his nose as much. That is a great result for us!
We have been trying to find solutions for our 16 month old to get off Zyrtec as it's dramatically changed her behaviors but we haven't been able3 to figure out her allergies/intolerances. Since Starting Settle and Soothe we have cut her Zyrtec use in half and are close to trying without it entirely.
