Adults: Take 10 drops (approx. ½ dropper) up to 3 times a day or as directed by your healthcare provider.
Children: Take 1 drop per 10 lbs of body weight up to 3 times a day or as directed by your healthcare provider.
Can be taken directly on the tongue or mixed with water or tea. Shake well before use.

This tincture got me thru a rough patch with being under the wellness line. I breezed through it within a couple of days. Now when i start to feel the smallest little thing that feels off in my body I start taking it and it keeps things at bay I swear. I will not be without this little bottle. It is an immune booster machine. So glad to have found this company. I also have 2 other tinctures on hand but have not had to use them yet.
